These terms describe use of the L.A. Builds website and our optional project-related text messaging program.

Website & project inquiries

Website content is general information. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a start date or guarantee service availability or pricing. Project scope, price and scheduling must be agreed separately in writing.

L.A. Builds SMS program

By selecting the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive project-related text messages from L.A. Builds at the phone number you provide. Messages may include inquiry responses, estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders and project updates. This consent does not authorize unrelated marketing messages.

Optional consent & frequency

SMS consent is not required to purchase services or submit an inquiry. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments and project activity. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Message & data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your carrier’s messaging and data charges apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any L.A. Builds text message to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
